About Us
1. Establishment of the explanation team
The establishment of Hongde College is an important measure for the university's Double First-Class initiative. It is also a key step in continuously deepening undergraduate talent training reforms, promoting the construction of first-class undergraduate education, and striving to build a one-stop comprehensive student community management model, marking a new stage in our university's talent training reforms. Hongde College features a well-equipped shared community space for teachers and students, is student-centered, implements one-stop services, and fosters an educational ecosystem of teachers and students coexisting, classmates supporting each other, building a community home culture within the college.
The one-stop student community at Hongde College is divided into functional areas: a public activity area, a comprehensive office area, and a student activity area. It is fully equipped with hardware and software facilities, including party and league activity rooms, mentor offices, a college library, a leadership workshop, a student self-management office, interest group activity rooms, and other spaces. It also includes areas such as the Thought and Speech Hall, Academic Mentor Showcase, and the one-stop student community growth home, creating conditions for teacher-student communication, cultural and sports activities, achievement displays, cultural promotion, and self-management development. In order to better promote the college culture, enhance everyone's understanding of Hongde College, improve Hongde students' communication skills, and showcase their talents, the volunteer guide team for Hongde College's one-stop student community was officially established in 2024!
2. Introduction to the Explanation Team
The Hongde College One-Stop Student Community Volunteer Guide Team (referred to as the Hongde Guide Team) is affiliated with the Hongde Volunteer Group. It is responsible for the daily guiding activities in the Hongde College One-Stop Student Community, welcoming new students and visitors from both inside and outside the university. The work includes preparation before guiding, on-site explanations, promotion, and feedback. The content of the guidance mainly covers the college environment, college culture, special management systems, student development programs, and the achievements the college has attained. During the guidance, the team practices the college motto of cultivate talents with ambition and act with virtue and dedication, creating a positive volunteer atmosphere within the college.

3. Eligibility: All students of Hongde College;
4. Resume submission deadline: Before 12:00 on October 19;
5. Interview time and location will be notified separately.
