1. Hongde Academy adopts a "three-year academy management model" and implements the "three systems and three modernizations"education model (academy system, dual-college system, tutor system, small class sizes, personalized education, and internationalization).
2. During their freshman year, students at Hongde College undergo a broad-based general education program fully managed by the college. At the end of the first academic year, students are directed into specific major tracks. In their sophomore and junior years, relevant management tasks are arranged according to" the dual-college system" (college and professional academy), allowing students to hold dual identities within both the college and the academy. During the senior year, the professional academy takes over training to better align with employment, further study, and career development. To respect students' individualized growth and nurture top-notch innovative talents, a system is implemented that allows students to transfer into or out of colleges.
3. During the implementation of the "dual-college system"for students of Hongde College from their second to third year, ideological education and daily management (second classroom) follow the college-based training model, while professional training (first classroom) follows the departmental-based training model, with professional studies arranged by the department.
